台灣羅德史瓦茲

Prof. Jann-Yeng Liu specializes in Ionospheric Radio Sciences, GPS Geosciences Applications, Seismo-ionospheric Precursors and Disturbances and Ionospheric Space Weather and Climate. With the background of Senior Consultant in National Space Organization (NSPO) during 2016~2019, his current position is Chair Professor of Institute of Space Science in National Central University.

Dr. Chi-Kuang Chao is specialized in space payload, environmental test, and ionospheric physics and had participating various Taiwan space missions like ROCSAT-1/Ionospheric Plasma and Electrodynamic Instrument, SR-5/Ion Probe, SR-7/Plasma Probe, SR-9/Space Plasma Sensor Package, FORMOSAT-5/Advanced Ionospheric Probe (AIP), IDEASSat/Compact Ionospheric Probe, etc. It is especially mentioned that AIP has been operated over 3 years longer than its 2-year mission lifetime.

She has participated in the launching of Sounding Rocket 4 and calculated the rocket trajectory by double-differencing the GPS signals. She has implemented part of positioning codes onto DSP and FPGA boards. She modeled the upper atmosphere with high-resolution models, investigating the impacts of forcing from above and below. She spent consecutive 54 weeks in Antarctica, taking lidar observations. She is the first female scientist from Taiwan to winter over on the Ice.

Edmund Yen joined Rohde & Schwarz Taiwan in 2003. He mainly focused on DTV Broadcasting Support in the T&M industry and TV Operator field for over 10 years. He is also a certified regional trainer from the HQ Learning Center and can offer customized training to external and internal staff. Currently, Edmund mainly focuses on EMC Business and Project support, including Medical, Military, Automotive, and Commercial sectors. Additionally, he works as a technical consultant to support Channel Partner Business.

2003年進入國家太空中心任職，原先負責福衛二號衛星取像排程系統開發，而後從事太空任務分析，包含軌道設計等工作，現負責太空產業推動相關工作

Jui-Hung (Alex) Chou received the B.S. degree from National Taipei University of Technology, the M.S. degree from National Sun Yat-sen University and the Ph.D. degree from National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan, in 2004, 2006 and 2014, respectively. he was involved in the research and development of large antenna array radar system. His current research interests are mmWave array antenna design for LEO applications, large array antenna calibration and measurement system.

Dr. Chang is working to establish spacecraft design and operations capacity, as well as an academic program focused on astronautics at NCU. Prior to joining NCU, Dr. Chang served as a postdoc at National Cheng Kung University and Boston College. Dr. Chang received his PhD in Aerospace Engineering Sciences from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2010 specializing in mesosphere and lower thermospheric dynamics.

Dr. Yvonne Weitsch is Market Segment Manager for the application segment Satellite Test at Rohde & Schwarz International GmbH, Munich, Germany. She is responsible for business development, marketing and she is the interface between the sales and the development departments. She received her PhD from the Technical University of Munich. At R&S, she started working at the antenna development department with a focus on antenna measurement techniques and near-/far-field transformation technologies.

邱宗文先生畢業於中山大學博士班，具有多年高頻元件開發與OTA系統測試經驗，曾任第四屆臺灣天線工程師學會理事長及山東省泰山學者海外特聘專家，目前是超過二百項發明專利的發明人，曾擔任連展科技股份有限公司無線通訊事業處處長，任職期間有多項台灣第一的紀錄，如摩托羅拉手機內建天線供應商、i-phone3內建天線供應商及戴爾內建4G筆記型電腦天線供應商，十多年前創辦川升股份有限公司，連續三年獲得臺北市研發獎勵補助，也獲選台北市亮點企業、國家發明獎、創新研究獎及低軌衛星科專計畫，並與工研院合作，成功開發出全世界第一套3D毫米波縮距遠場天線量測系統，不僅專注於研發更重視人才培育，六年前創立「川升學苑」，舉辦課程及提供實習機會，鼓勵學子提前參與並掌握無線通訊產業相關技術，更是科技大學評鑑/品保資深委員，將產業經驗分享給學校，以利協助學校培育出更符合產業需求的人才。
