Sebastian Golletz leads the Product Management department for Airborne Communications. He holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering and has gained significant expertise in product development and management through various roles at Diehl Aviation before joining Rohde & Schwarz at the beginning of this year.

Pieter Coates brings extensive experience in avionics development, having designed innovative control devices and jettisoning systems for a variety of helicopters. His expertise as an engineer extends to the architecture and development of stationary radio systems tailored for fixed ground and marine applications.Since 2002, Pieter has served as the product manager for stationary systems, multicoupler RF systems, and waveforms. His global involvement in the industry has enabled him to lead projects that enhance communication and safety in both aviation and maritime environments.
