Tim Seyler is a Product Manager for mobile communication testers, including the R&S®CMX500 and the R&S®CMW500, and is based at Rohde & Schwarz headquarters in Munich, Germany. He has worked 12 years as a development engineer at Rohde & Schwarz, focusing on the R&S®CMA180 radio test set and a Python remote interface for the R&S®CMX500. Since 2022, he has been part of the product management team where he is responsible for application testing topics such as throughput testing, Wi-Fi offloading and IP analysis. Tim holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the Technical University of Munich.

Dr. I-Kang Fu is the Senior Director of Technology in MediaTek Advanced Communication Technology Division. He leads the R&D teams for research, prototype, and standardization projects of next-generation mobile communication technologies. He also contributes to new technology strategy, partnership and product planning.
He has spearheaded MediaTek research and development efforts in NTN satellite communication technology, leading the projects from concept to PoC prototype, and system engineering for commercial evaluation. This work culminated in the 3GPP Release-17/18/19 standardization of NTN technology, where MediaTek became the project lead in 3GPP and the first to commercialize IoT NTN product and remains at the forefront of NR NTN developments.
Dr. Fu’s expertise spans wireless technologies such as 4G WiMAX, 4G LTE, and 5G NR. He is currently contributing MediaTek’s commitment to 6G technology research, prototype and standardization, with commercialization expected in the 2030s.
Dr. Fu joined MediaTek in 2008 after earning his doctorate from National Chiao-Tung University, Taiwan. He has served as Chairman position of TAICS (Taiwan Association of Information and Communication Standards) Advanced Mobile Communication Technical Committee since 2018. He received MediaTek Innovation Award in 2023. He also represents MediaTek to receive Nation Industrial Innovation Award in 2025.

Dr. Yvonne Weitsch, as a market segment manager aerospace & defense is responsible for the application segment of satellite testing at Rohde & Schwarz. Her role involves business development and cross-divisional collaboration of development departments and sales. She has received her PhD from the Technical University of Munich. At Rohde & Schwarz, she has held various positions as a project leader, development engineer and technology manager with a focus on antenna measurement techniques and near-/far-field transformation technologies.

Gautham Jayaram is a Product Manager at Qualcomm with over 17 years of experience in wireless connectivity. He leads product strategy and roadmap development for Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTN), driving innovation in satellite-based communications. Gautham also manages connectivity solutions across automotive and IoT verticals, with a focus on scalable architectures, standards alignment, and cross-domain integration. His work has been instrumental in advancing NTN capabilities from concept to commercialization, enabling robust connectivity in remote and mission-critical environments.

Pete Saladino is Global Head of Marketing at Skylo. He has launched some of the world’s most admired products including the first Galaxy mobile phones and wearables at Samsung. He has extensive international experience, including 3 years in Asia, focused on growing innovative companies and building first-class teams. Pete joined Skylo in the spring of 2024 leading Skylo’s announcement of partnerships with Google, Verizon, and Deutsche Telekom in delivering cutting-edge satellite connectivity to smartphones including SOS, location sharing, and native SMS messaging for Android.

Pete has a BS in Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
